Rings
Rings are always a bit of a challenge to keep in stock, because the moment I set a size 7 ring with an amethyst, the customer will want it with a garnet, and the customer who wants a garnet will want a size 8. When I go to events and festivals, I bring with me a box with many sizes of the same ring, and the customer can choose what color stone to put into it. I can set the stone and polish the ring in ten minutes, and we are both happy.
This photo
shows four of my quatrefoil rings set with natural emerald, garnet, lab sapphire,
and amethyst. These were ordered as bridesmaids gifts for Meg's wedding. Meg
is a good friend indeed.
This photo shows one
of the quatrefoil rings set with garnet, and two of the simple rings set with
garnet and iolite.
Quatrefoil rings are $45 in Sterling Silver. They are $250 in 14K gold.
Simple rings are $35 in Sterling Silver. I can produce these in gold as well.
Both these ring styles take 4mm cabochon stones. The rings are available in any size and with the following stones:
Natural ruby is available for $5 more. I did find some nice emerald cabs in Tucson in Feb. 2007. Very, very nice. That "$50 extra" kind of nice. I'll try to get some photos up in the month of March.

Here it is! A hefty scooped-bezel stirrup ring with a 6mm square stone. Available with Garnet (shown), amethyst, citrine, peridot, or iolite. $95.
